Seal Faces:
These are the critical parts that come into direct contact with each other, creating a seal that prevents fluid from leaking. One face is usually stationary (fixed to the seal housing), while the other rotates with the shaft.
Sleeve:
This component fits over the shaft and provides a mounting point for the rotating face of the seal.
Gland Plate:
Attached to the seal housing, the gland plate holds the stationary parts of the seal and is bolted to the pump casing.
Springs or Bellows:

O-rings or Gaskets:
