1. This structure is suitable for a single-face, integrated mechanical seal that incorporates shaft sleeve clamping and fixation onto the shaft, thus ensuring zero interference during installation.
2. The rinsing water along with the media is transmitted by an impeller once inside the pump.
3. This structure features a large spring with either spiral direction, providing exceptional anti-clogging capabilities. Additionally, the friction components are of the hard-to-hard type, exhibiting remarkable abrasion resistance performance.
During the installation process, it is imperative to lubricate the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring to ensure smooth installation.
Additionally, once the mechanical seal installation has been verified as satisfactory, it is mandatory to remove the rubber O-ring 1 and the snap ring 2 prior to initiating the machine.
Furthermore, it is crucial to maintain a water pressure in the shaft sleeve that is approximately 0.1 MPa higher than the pressure within the pump cavity. When operating, it is essential to open the seal water for the shaft sleeve for a duration of 5 minutes before starting the machine. Conversely, it is necessary to turn off the machine before closing the seal water for the seal shaft sleeve.
