1. The proposed structure of the dry running mechanical seal is suitable for a single-face, integrated mechanical seal that utilizes a shaft sleeve for clamping and fixation onto the shaft, thereby eliminating potential interference during installation of the dry running mechanical seal.
2. Incorporated within this structure is a large spring designed for the dry running mechanical seal, adaptable to any spiral direction, exhibiting superior anti-clogging capabilities. Furthermore, the friction components of the dry running mechanical seal, designed as a hard-to-hard configuration, offer remarkable abrasion resistance.
3. The dry running mechanical seal produced by Zhaoqiang, is tailored for vertical submerged desulfurization pumps, and can be equipped with a leakage alarm and an automatic shutdown protective device. The unique structure of LSLZ dry running mechanical seals ensures reliable sealing performance.
4. When utilizing the dry running mechanical seal for desulfurizing applications, it is imperative to consider the issue of chloride ion corrosion resistance of the seal material. The LSLZ dry running mechanical seal contributes to a more sustainable operation, reducing the risk of contamination.
1. Prior to installation, it is imperative to lubricate the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring to ensure smooth installation of the dry running mechanical seal.
2. Following confirmation of the dry running mechanical seal installation, the rubber O-ring 1 and snap ring 2 must be removed prior to machine activation.
3. To prevent pulp accumulation around the sealing surface and subsequent dry running mechanical seal failure, it is essential to maintain the sealing cavity and tailboard in an open configuration. This dry running mechanical seal lacks both external cooling water and internal flushing water, relying solely on pulp for seal surface lubrication. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to operate the pump with any evacuation or pulp-free conditions within the seal chamber (idle running of the dry running mechanical seal is not permitted).
