Medium: pulp of aluminum oxide, cement pulp, paper pulp, sewage, etc.
Concentration: ≤30 %
Pressure: ＜1.5 MPa
Temperature: ＜120℃

1. The mechanical seal is constructed with a single-face design, incorporating external cooling water and shaft sleeve clamping mechanisms.
2. The flushing water is isolated from the media process, thus eliminating any potential interference with the technological operations.
3. This type of mechanical seal is agnostic to the direction of rotation. The friction components are designed as a hard-to-hard configuration, affording exceptional abrasion resistance.

1. When installing, inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring should be
applied with lubricant so that it can be installed smoothly.（Attention: EPR is not recommended to use lubrication oil of petroleum type）
2. After the mechanical seal is confirmed to be installed properly, the rubber O-ring 1 and the snap ring 2 shall be dismantled before starting up the machine.
3. Ordinary tap water can be used as the external flushing water to supply the system and the pressure shall be controlled below 0.05 MPa, which just needs to enable it to flow on general condition. Its functions are to reduce temperature and bring away any potential leakage; and its runnning direction shall be the way of top in and bottom out.
