The so-called lockable magnetic ball valve relies on the action of magnetic force to control the opening and closing of the internal closure component of the valve. The lockable magnetic ball valve is a type of magnetic lock. It is generally used for important, special positions and functions of valves to prevent unauthorized use. It is seamless, clog-free, waterproof, corrosion-proof, and easy to use. It is favored by the water supply, heating, gas, solar water heater, and other industries.
The lockable magnetic ball valve consists of a spring, lock head, and valve body. The valve lock can be easily put onto the valve but cannot be removed easily. Its characteristics include four equally spaced spring holes at the side end of the lock head, with springs that abut magnetic pellets (balls) inside;
Align the letter "C" on the key with the "C" on the magnetic lock cover and insert it into the lock head. The corresponding magnetic pellets fixed onto the lock head end will correspond with those on the key. The upper end of the valve stem on the valve body is set to align the rotating valve sleeve with the valve hole at the lower part of the lock head. Gently press the magnetic lock by hand, lift it lightly to open the magnetic lock, and then you can operate the opening and closing of the valve. To close, simply insert the magnetic lock onto the valve.
Unlocking
This process is used when the control valve is in the open, adjusting, closed state or making the lock hat in an open state. Put the key onto the lock hat, align the small red dot on the key with the small dot on the lock, gently press down a few times, the lock hat will pop up, entering the open state, and then pull the lock hat up with your hand.
Adjustment and Control
Use a wrench (self-prepared) to move the valve stem, adjust the pointer, pointing to the 0-1 shown on the indicator dial to complete the corresponding process of closing→adjusting→opening. Then lock it, keeping the valve body in a protected state.
Locking
After completing the previous two steps, put the lock hat in the open state of the unlocking process onto the upper part of the valve body, gently press down to make the small steel ball inside the lock hat press into the track at the upper part of the valve body, and try pulling the lock hat up by hand. If it doesn't separate from the lock body, the locking process is completed, keeping the valve in a locked working state.
The temperature measuring magnetic ball valve mainly consists of the valve body, valve core, permanent magnet, filter, temperature sensor, and control knob. Key components such as the valve body and valve core are often made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials to ensure the stability and durability of the valve in high-temperature or corrosive media.
Control of Fluid Flow
The temperature measuring magnetic ball valve controls the fluid flow through the rotation of the valve core. When the valve core is in the open position, the liquid can flow from the input channel to the output channel, connecting the pipeline; when the valve core is in the closed position, the liquid cannot pass through. At this time, the filter device can be removed to clean off contaminated impurities and replace the sensor.
Filter Impurities
The valve core is equipped with a filter made of ferromagnetic material, which can effectively filter out impurities in the fluid, ensuring the purity of the fluid.
Temperature Measurement
The temperature measuring magnetic ball valve is equipped with a temperature sensor, usually connected to an instrument or control system. When the valve is opened, the fluid passes through the sensor, which can measure the fluid temperature in real-time and send the temperature information to the instrument or control system.
Temperature Feedback and Control
Based on the temperature information measured by the temperature sensor, the instrument or control system can take appropriate control measures. For example, when the medium temperature reaches a set value, the control system can automatically close or adjust the valve opening to achieve precise control of the fluid temperature.
